Hemmis Construction has been an outstanding partner to Kalyan Hospitality, consistently delivering excellence and precision across multiple projects. To date, Hemmis has successfully completed four new-build construction projects with us — each executed with top-notch quality and attention to detail.
These completed projects include three hotels — Candlewood Suites Chester, Inn at Blackstone, and TownePlace Suites Colonial Heights — as well as Altitude 2.0, a student apartment complex in Harrisonburg, VA.
Currently, Hemmis Construction is partnering with us on two additional new-build developments, both under active construction: the Altitude on Main apartment complex in Richmond, VA, and the Hampton Inn & Suites in Corvallis.
